Each year we will assess the progress we’re making against our Impact Manifesto goals, based on three core areas: social (our customers, people and community), environment, and governance. The resulting report looks at our goals, where we are today, the gaps and opportunities we still have, and some of the measures we have put in place.
Our 2022 report highlights the particular importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) at Beamery, and some of the results of our work with FairHQ. Fair HQ uses evidence-based insights to assess these areas, helping companies identify practices, policies and behaviors that need to change. This process has led us to the following principles:
- We will always start with an inclusion-first mindset
- We will center decision making around fairness and openness
- We will build diverse, non-homogeneous teams, reducing our blind spots
