Beamery Accelerates Global Growth Plans with New Berlin Office

London, UK - 5th October 2021- Beamery, the leading talent operating system that helps companies attract, engage and retain top talent, has today strengthened its commitment to global expansion plans, with investment made in a new Berlin based office. The company also plans to focus on establishing an R&D hub in Berlin during the next 12 months.  Beamery already has a core part of its leadership team based in the region, including the CFO, VP of People & Culture, the Director of Talent, the Head of Business Intelligence and the Senior Director of Engineering - and rapid recruitment plans are also now underway.

Beamery has added major European brands like Hilti and AB INBEV to its roster of enterprise clients as well as working with Zalando, Europe’s leading online fashion platform, headquartered in Berlin. The company’s leading technology has also enabled customers to hire at an unprecedented pace – securing candidates for one million roles in 12 months - and supported organisations leading the charge on vaccine development, such as AstraZeneca, to transform international workforces during times of rapidly changing global requirements.

Abakar Saidov, Co-Founder and CEO at Beamery said: “Berlin has established itself as a dynamic and agile technology startup hub, and offers excellent access to skills and talent which makes it a very exciting place to be. We are looking forward to becoming increasingly involved in this creative and energetic ecosystem.”
