Beamery, the global leader in Talent Lifecycle Management, today announces the appointment of Gavin Patterson as its new Lead Independent Director, as the company continues to bolster its expertise at Board level.
With over three decades of experience in high profile and hugely successful businesses within the telecommunications and technology industries, Patterson’s skills will be vital in further strengthening Beamery’s position as a pioneer in AI-driven talent management, and working to ensure equal access to work and skills for all.
Before joining Beamery, Gavin Patterson was the President and Chief Revenue Officer at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, he was the CEO of BT for 6 years, leading the company through several pivotal moments, including its acquisition of EE, the launch of BT Sport, and the expansion of BT’s cybersecurity practice.
Patterson has also held leadership positions at Virgin Media and Procter & Gamble, served on boards for private equity-owned and AIM-listed companies, and sat on the Governing Council of The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
