Customer Spotlight: Alina Sajitz-Hermstein, Baxter

Alina is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Baxter, and started using Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management solution for the last year. This month, Alina is the focus of our Customer Spotlight, in recognition of how she has been using the platform to unlock human potential at her organization.

Beamery: What is your favorite Beamery feature, and why?

Alina: I love the “beaming” function with the Beamery Chrome Extension, including all of its additional features (i.e. Beam Assist, recipes, bulk beaming, and LinkedIn message import). In other words, it takes me basically no time at all to export a potential candidate profile into our database, and make use of the details. I can ensure we are staying on top of our interactions with them and their skills, and manage how they are categorized in the system (which roles they may be best suited for). It makes my life so much easier, and gives me more time to search and approach candidates and focus on what I love about my profession.

B: How has this made your job easier?

A: With these time-saving features, I can make more calls per day and spend more time on candidate and stakeholder relationship management. There’s less administrative work, more efficiency in day-to-day activities, and fewer boring repetitive tasks. Thank you Beamery!

B: How have you used Beamery to support or drive a Talent or HR initiative?

A: I created a customized view of compensation and availability data in one of my candidate pools, to provide an overview of the talent market and support HR and Business in their organizational design efforts.

B: Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

A: I‘m a total bike nut and rode my mountain bike to my own wedding!
