Challenge

AtkinsRéalis’ mission is to improve the way all people are housed, connected, powered, and protected requires sourcing scarce talent from across the globe. To achieve this aspiration, AtkinsRéalis needed to compete in highly competitive talent markets, something they were not equipped to do. 

Decentralized talent data and difficulties with cross-functional collaboration resulted in inefficiencies across the employee talent acquisition journey.
