Coming Soon: Access User Activity and Contact Insight Reports directly in Beamery

We are excited to deliver on our promise from the roadmap with the next phase of the ROI Reporting Hub. We started with the Vacancy Attribution Report and now we’re pleased to share that User Activity and Contact Insight Reports will be moving directly into Beamery from the Insights app, providing you with even more powerful tools to identify and increase the value you see from Beamery.

User Activity Report

Leverage the User Activity Report in Beamery to drive recruitment performance and workforce efficiency. 

By tracking Contacts Added, you can measure individual productivity and assess how effectively your team is sourcing new candidates. Monitor the active user and activity ratio count to understand platform engagement, ensuring that your team is using Beamery effectively.

Analyze detailed metrics like Notes Logged and Emails Sent to understand recruiter interactions, recognize top performers, and optimize team strategies. 

This data also highlights areas where team members may need additional training. Use these insights to strengthen skills-based hiring, improve overall performance, and foster a more engaging and responsive candidate experience​.

Contact Insight Report

Keep an eye on the completeness of your profile data to accurately personalize outreach. Ensure each contact has key details like a name, email, education, and work history so that you can reach out with relevancy. 

Beamery's Contact Insights Report enriches the talent experience by offering detailed insights into the number of candidates in your CRM, how many have been added over time, and the completeness of their profiles.

Coming Soon: The Smart Profile will replace the Legacy Profile

Following positive feedback, we are pleased to confirm that the new Smart Profile will become the default experience for all customers. All customers will default to the new experience by Nov 27*. 

The new experience will preserve existing workflows whilst enhancing the navigation, making it easier to reply to notes, share candidates, and assess talent with a skills-led approach.

Here is a teaser for what to get excited about:

  • The ability to share profiles with team members for faster review cycles
  • Improved Notes functionality, with threaded conversations and @ mentions to find relevant contact information easier
  • A separate History log, for a cleaner interface

Talent Acquisition: Candidate Attraction & Nurture 🧲

For customers using Talent Portals, we are releasing a new Magic Link feature to streamline candidate access by allowing them to log into your Portal with just one click from an email. 

This ‘Magic Link’ is an authenticated link that Beamery uses to identify the candidate by linking to their Profile in the CRM. This means they no longer need to log in manually.

You can now offer candidates two login experiences.

  1. A simple portal login to the homepage
  2. A magic link with a redirect, where candidates are automatically taken to a specific page, such as their profile or relevant job matches. 

By guiding candidates directly to key actions like profile updates, you reduce drop-off rates, drive faster engagement, and improve conversion by making the process smoother and more efficient.

Please note, this update is only available for Campaigns V2.

In case you missed it: Capture richer candidate information

We are now making it easier than ever to get accurate, up-to-date information from your candidates, by allowing them to manage their data directly in the Preference Center.

  • Deploy a new, completely customizable form that allows potential candidates to input their email addresses, create a profile, and update key information about their interests, intent, and availability so that you’re able to communicate with them more effectively. 
  • Remember their details, and make it easier for them to return and update relevant information when it changes, e.g. if they change location or job title. 
  • Suggest better-fit opportunities thanks to richer, first-hand information that is updated when their circumstances change, and actively encourage candidates to apply for open roles when they are ready.
  • Under the hood, we’ve also created a new way for you to send personalized URLs – so that candidates know the links are coming from you (and are not spam!) and have the confidence to click on them.
