Kyle Lagunas - Head of Talent Attraction, Sourcing & Insights at General Motors: Kyle leads the primary go-to-market functions for General Motors’ global talent acquisition operations. Prior to joining GM, he spent the last 12 years as an HR tech strategist and advisor. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities of managing talent attraction, sourcing and insights, Kyle is drawing on his experience and expertise to architect a fully optimized ecosystem of modern talent acquisition capabilities to power GM’s fully electric future.
Geri Barrison - Global Talent Acquisition Innovation Lead at General Motors: Geri is currently the Innovation Lead for General Motors in Global Talent Acquisition Solutions working on CRM, AI, and Analytics systems. She is working towards the GM goal of Zero Emissions – both in their cars, and in pipelining. Previously to joining GM, Geri spent 12 years focused on transforming Talent Acquisition technology at IBM. Geri also has over a decade of experience in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree in European History and Music and a Master’s degree in Mass Communications focusing on Advertising – both from Boston University – and is active in the alumni community as a mentor in the Spark! Innovation program.
