Coming soon: New advanced Data Export features

We understand that being able to export data from Beamery into various platforms is important to our customers and so we’re making it easier and more intuitive to do so.

  • Export data with times based on your local time zone, rather than the default of UTC, and in a more easily readable format.
  • Select specific columns for export, and include the Vacancy ATS ID. 
  • Extend the time to access your “export link” beyond the previous 24-hour limit so its even more accessible to your wider organization. 
  • Be notified when the export is complete.

Capture up-to-date candidate information

We are now making it easier than ever to get accurate, up-to-date information from your candidates, by allowing them to manage their own data in the Preference Center.

  • A new, completely customizable form that allows potential candidates to input their email address, create a profile, and update key information about their interests, intent and availability so that you’re able to communicate with them more effectively. 
  • Remember their details and make it easier for them to return and update relevant information when it changes, e.g. if they change location or job title. 
  • Suggest better-fit opportunities thanks to better, first-hand information that is updated when their circumstances change, and allow you to actively encourage candidates to apply for open roles when they are ready.
  • Under the hood, we’ve also created a new way for you to send personalized URLs – so that candidates know the links are coming from you - are not spam! - and have the confidence to click on them.

In case you missed it: Bring more talent into your pools with new multi-page Convert Flows

Questions asked in the Convert Flow can now be split across multiple pages. This allows the candidate to focus on one question at a time, before clicking through. Rather than fill in one static form, candidates will get a more dynamic and engaging experience.

We’ve seen that over 60% of candidates are using Convert Flows on mobile, and this new approach should significantly increase completion rates.
