Coming soon: The Smart Profile will replace the legacy Profile
We are thrilled to announce that the legacy Profile is being deprecated and replaced by the new Smart Profile, allowing users to access critical information about contacts faster and more easily than before.
The new Smart Profile breaks down the previous “Timeline” view, and gives each item a dedicated Workspace that is easy to navigate – and fully meets accessibility standards.
Here are some more things to get excited about:
- The ability to share profiles with team members
- Enhanced skills overview, within and outside the context of a vacancy
- Enhanced PDF download, with “masked” profiles
- Improved Notes functionality, with threaded conversations and @ mentions
- Faster methods for uploading attachments, or previewing info
- A separate History log, for a cleaner interface

Coming soon: More Workspaces in the Smart Profile
Pools and Vacancies are now getting their own Workspaces within the candidate Smart Profile. Now, easily find the contact information you need using the side-panel navigation, to get more done without switching tabs.
Both Workspaces let you filter and search within them. You can also now see how long a contact has spent in a specific pool status or vacancy stage.

Coming soon: New advanced Data Export features
We understand that being able to export your contact data in Beamery into various platforms is important to you, so we’re making it easier and more intuitive to do so.
- Export data with times based on your local time zone, rather than the default of UTC, and in a more easily readable format.
- Select specific columns for export, and include the Vacancy ATS ID.
- Access your “export link” beyond the previous 24-hour limit, so it's even more accessible to your wider organization.
- Get notified when the export is complete.

Talent Acquisition: Candidate Attraction & Nurture 🧲
In case you missed it: Capture richer candidate information
We are now making it easier than ever to get accurate, up-to-date information from your candidates, by allowing them to manage their data directly in the Preference Center.
- Deploy a new, completely customizable form that allows potential candidates to input their email addresses, create a profile, and update key information about their interests, intent, and availability, so that you’re able to communicate with them more effectively.
- Remember their details, and make it easier for them to return and update relevant information when it changes, e.g. if they change location or job title.
- Suggest better-fit opportunities thanks to richer, first-hand information that is updated when their circumstances change, and actively encourage candidates to apply for open roles when they are ready.
- Under the hood, we’ve also created a new way for you to send personalized URLs – so that candidates know the links are coming from you (and are not spam!) and have the confidence to click on them.
