In this Fifth Edition of the Beamery Talent Index, we asked 7,504 office-based workers from the UK, USA, and Australia about their feelings towards their workplace, employer, and work in general.
53% of people we surveyed said they were considering leaving, or were leaving, their job in the next 12 months.
Meanwhile, 80% of respondents said they would be likely to stay in their current organization if they had more opportunities for internal moves, or were trained appropriately to move into a new role within the business.
