Our new Vacancies list helps you understand your pipeline’s health, and see which vacancies should be prioritized.

It also ensures everyone is speaking the same skills language, and is designing jobs using skills. This means better collaboration between TA teams and Hiring Managers, to help you find better talent, faster.  

TA teams and Hiring Managers can easily see what vacancies are at risk, and which ones are not meeting targets, to stay ahead  of requests.

📍Live on Sandbox now, and available to all users on September 19 (we will provide an easy way to switch back to the old experience).

Smart Profile: Quickly review profiles, without opening a resume

Help Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers save time and understand candidates’ skills and potential faster, with an at-a-glance view of the most relevant information from each candidate’s profile. 

Our new Smart Profile is part of Beamery Labs and, coming soon, TA teams can access insights quickly, even on the go, with our new Overview tab. With an accessible and responsive design, the Overview tab helps you find actionable insights more quickly, including on mobile devices.

New Homepage experience: Become more efficient than ever

This new accessible homepage experience helps TA teams and Hiring Managers to better understand the vacancies they have open and their status, and what needs to happen next. 

With the new experience, you can increase users’ efficiency and productivity, by helping them understand what they need to prioritize when they start their day. 

Use real-time updates and notifications to aid collaboration on key vacancies.

📍 The new homepage experience is already live, and will become the default experience for all users on Sandbox on October 4 and live on Beamery October 18.

Shortlist Review: Attract high quality candidates and recalibrate searches faster than ever

Whether it’s engaging with Hiring Managers, soliciting meaningful feedback, or dealing with disconnected data silos, sharing and reviewing candidates can be time consuming, difficult, and plain frustrating. That’s why we’re making changes to reduce the time it takes to review candidates, and ultimately time to hire.  

We are improving the collaboration between TA teams and Hiring Managers, by enabling you to easily share contextual summaries and feedback related to candidates between teams, to reduce back and forth and reduce time to hire.
