Become more efficient than ever, with Beamery’s Workspaces
Introducing a more user-friendly Homepage experience, which helps TA teams and Hiring Managers to better understand the vacancies they have open, their status, and what needs to happen next. Use real-time updates and notifications to boost collaboration around key vacancies.
Currently part of Beamery Labs, and coming to your Sandbox soon (and don’t worry, you can easily switch back to the old experience if you like).

Easily see what Vacancies you need to prioritize
Our new Vacancies List helps you understand your pipeline’s health, and get better visibility regarding what vacancies need to be prioritized.
In addition, it ensures everyone talking the same language, and design jobs using skills. This is highly relevant and useful in creating better collaboration between TA teams and Hiring managers, ensuring they work together towards finding better talent faster.
With this improved visibility, TA teams and Hiring Managers can easily see what vacancies are at risk, and which ones are not meeting targets, so our customers can always be ahead of hiring requests or inquiries.
Vacancies List is currently part of Beamery Labs, coming soon to Beamery (and, again, we will provide an easy way to switch back to the old experience).

Import contacts from LinkedIn, en masse, with one click
Stop updating each contact individually and losing valuable time, better spent on other Sourcing activities. The new Autopilot in the Beamery Extension can easily keep candidates’ data up to date by reviewing skipped Contacts and updating existing Contacts – ensuring that every candidate profile you’re looking at has the most relevant information.
LinkedIn has updated its user terms as of April 2023, stating that users should only download or export up to 25 profiles at a time. To help LinkedIn users stay in line with their new terms of service, we have updated the new Autopilot to only download PDFs for 1 page at a time (to stay within the suggested export and download limits).
The ability to download PDFs will be available soon for all customers.
