Steven is a Senior Talent Consultant at Assurant, and has been using Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management solution for the past year and a half. This month, Steven is the focus of our Customer Spotlight, in recognition of how he has been using the platform to unlock human potential at his organization.
Beamery: What is your favorite Beamery feature, and why?
Steven: If I really had to choose my favorite Beamery feature, it would be Beamery’s integrated AI/data-driven efficiencies. The AI-powered Candidate Matching feature is my favorite, because it now allows recruiters to easily find and review relevant talent for every role. It truly minimizes the manual work of sourcing, and encourages more meaningful connections.
B: What problems does Beamery solve?
S: Beamery allows me to accomplish my two top goals. One: it helps me to develop sourcing strategies that result in a more diverse slate of candidates. Two: it allows me to keep my agency usage and spend to a minimum, since it allows us to tap into our own database while uniquely reengaging top talent.
B: How has this made your job easier?
S: Beamery has made my job easier by facilitating a faster process/workflow, and a better targeted candidate experience. It has also really allowed me to scale communications to potential candidates.
