Website Terms of Use

AGREEMENT TO OUR TERMS OF USE

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OUR WEBSITE WWW.BEAMERY.COM (OUR “WEBSITE”). BY USING OUR SITE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE AND THAT YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THEM. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SITE.

These terms of use (together with the documents referred to, including (but not limited to) in the “Other Applicable Terms” section) set out the terms and conditions on which you may make use of our Website. Use of our Website includes accessing and browsing on our Website by any means and through any medium.

This is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible. If you have any questions about these terms of use, please drop us a line at legal@beamery.com.

Access to our Website is provided by Beamery and, by using our Website, you are entering into a binding agreement with us. For the purposes of these terms of use and the other documents referred to, Beamery means Beamery Limited and its officers, directors, partners, consultants and employees.

We suggest that you print a copy of these terms of use for your future reference (or, even better, to save precious trees, please feel free to save a copy locally instead).

Our Website contains a variety of insightful information, tips and handy resources, including (but not limited to) Beamery product overviews, Beamery Academy resources, Beamery Blog posts, other text, photographs, images, documents, testimonials, logos, reports software, downloadables, communication forms and other tools (collectively, “Content").

Additional or separate terms, conditions and notices may apply to specific components offered through our Website (including, without limitation, if you sign-up via our Careers Page or to Beamery Learn). In the event of any conflict, such additional or separate terms will prevail over these terms of use.

Beamery also offers Software-as-a-Service (which may be accessed by our customers’ users via https://beamery.com/signin) and other commercial products and services pursuant to separate terms (“Enterprise Terms”). These terms of use apply only to your use of our public facing free Website (separate and distinct from our Enterprise Terms) and not to your use of our Software-as-a-Service and/or other commercial products and services.

To hammer home the important take-away point here, please ensure you understand that by using our Website, you have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms of use, you must not use our Website and should close your browser and run away.
