You have our permission to use the Site, but only if: you are at least 16 years old; you are using the Site for informational and internal business purposes (personally or on behalf of your company); and you follow all the rules and restrictions we’ve spelled out in these Terms.

For the purposes of these terms of use and the other documents referred to, Beamery means Beamery Ltd and its affiliates.

This is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese” but we have tried to make it as readable as possible. If you have any questions about these terms of use, please drop us a line at [email protected].

We suggest that you save a copy of these terms of use for your future reference.

Our Website contains a variety of insightful information, tips and handy resources, including (but not limited to) Beamery product overviews, Beamery training resources, Beamery blog posts, other text, images, documents, testimonials, logos, reports software, downloadables, communication forms and other tools (collectively, “Content").

Additional or separate terms, conditions and notices may apply to specific components offered through our Website (including, without limitation, if you sign-up via our Careers Page or to Beamery learning or support services). In the event of any conflict, such additional or separate terms will prevail over these terms of use.

Beamery also offers Software-as-a-Service (which may be accessed by our customers’ users via https://beamery.com/signin) and other commercial products and services pursuant to separate terms (“Enterprise Terms”).
These terms of use apply only to your use of our public facing free Website (separate and distinct from our Enterprise Terms) and not to your use of our Software-as-a-Service and/or other commercial products and services.
