Pamela joins from Oracle where she held the role of Vice President, HCM Transformation and Thought Leadership, for almost 9 years. In her role at Beamery, Pamela becomes responsible for further accelerating the company’s leadership position in the talent management space; sharing insights, knowledge and detailed understanding of the talent challenges that global enterprises face as they drive business growth strategies forward.

Recognised as an HCM influencer, Pamela is an award-winning world-class practitioner, author, presenter, keynote speaker, consultant, and expert on building great cultures where people want to work and where they want to stay. Her career has been focused on supporting organizations to create a ‘people engine’ that delivers great business performance through compelling, purpose and values driven cultures.

“Pamela is a highly trusted and respected voice in the talent market, and has more than earned her favorable reputation as a credible and authoritative thought leader,” said Abakar Saidov, Co-Founder and CEO at Beamery. “With an impressive track record of success, I am excited for Pamela to now amplify Beamery’s voice, as we further support our customers on their talent transformation journeys.”

Prior to joining Oracle in 2011, Pamela held several senior positions for a number of recognised, global brands such as Gap Inc., ICI, The Coca-Cola Company and Deloitte. Her experience includes roles such as Vice President of Talent Management, Global Group Capability Director, and Senior Manager, Human Capital.

“To deliver a truly transformative people strategy, organizations must first appreciate that approaches to talent management have evolved and five-year plans are no longer relevant,” said Stroko. “To be competitive in securing top talent, businesses need to reconsider how they compete, understand what’s changed, and reconfigure how they approach HR and recruitment. Beamery leads the market in Talent Lifecycle Management, and its list of customer logos speaks volumes to its capabilities in delivering talent transformation. I’m thrilled to join Beamery and am looking forward to sharing new approaches to succeed, and win, in the global talent market.”
