This report compiles responses from 2000 office workers and has identified that bad leadership, poor employee support and stagnant growth opportunities during the pandemic is driving enormous employee churn in the workplace. It also reveals key age divides in workplace opinions that may surprise employers. 

The findings also show that workers want a clear, objective way of understanding the skills they need to learn to progress in their career, and that employers must provide the right training and mentorship opportunities to help them improve. It is already clear that the companies which demonstrated agility here have not only fared well but have also experienced growth.
