Beamery Appoints Chief Customer Officer

Talent lifecycle management company appoints veteran customer success leader to support next stage of company growth

Austin, TX -- February 16th 2022 – Beamery, the leader in talent lifecycle management, today announced the appointment of Scott H. Roth as Chief Customer Officer to support the company’s next phase of growth. Scott brings 25 years of experience to Beamery’s leadership team. Focused on helping companies around the world create more human talent experiences, Scott will work with Beamery’s customers to design, build and implement talent transformation initiatives that will enable them to unlock the potential in their workforce, improve the talent experience and ultimately achieve key business targets.

Prior to joining Beamery, Scott spent his career leading the global customer success team at Medallia, where he also played an important role in taking the business public in 2019. Scott has also been responsible for leading professional services teams at Oracle, Endeca and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, whilst wider experience includes leading teams in consulting, and customer success. Scott has also led SaaS and Enterprise software companies through rapid growth using data-driven insights, and his passion for pushing the boundaries of the customer experience.
