Landon is CRM & Talent Acquisition Marketing Project Manager at Mass General Brigham, and has been using Beamery’s Talent Lifecycle Management solution since March 2022. This month, Landon is the focus of our Customer Spotlight, in recognition of how he has been using the platform to unlock human potential at his organization.
Beamery: What is your favorite Beamery feature, and why?
Landon: The new Marketing Editor 2.0 is by far my favorite feature. As a part of talent acquisition, we are contentiously looking for innovative ways of engaging with our candidates. With the newest features of the Campaign Editor 2.0, we can be more creative in how we present our employer brand and connect with our candidates. We have built a series of campaign drips targeted for specific role groups and/or hiring events. With these features, we can develop more campaigns in a more efficient manner.
B: What problems does Beamery solve?
L: Over the last several months, our users have been able to maximize the capabilities of Marketing Editor 1.0 and have generated a significant amount of visibility for the roles they were recruiting for. This has led to an increase in hires across our healthcare system. With the additional features we have now, we hope to see an increase in candidate engagement and hires.
B: How has this made your job easier?
L: A lot of the features have made it easier for us to incorporate videos and other add-ons within our marketing to candidates. It also gives us more flexibility in creating marketing material, very similar to other platforms we’ve used, such as Canva.
“Beamery is more than a resource, it’s a partnership.”
About the Beamery Customer Spotlight
This program exists to highlight Beamery customers who have mastered the art of “unlocking human potential” through consistent (and smart) use and adoption of the Beamery platform. They use Beamery to take their company to the next level while elevating the talent experience for all candidates. Beyond being a fabulous talent-driven individual, these individuals also represent one or many of the Beamery values: start with why, own the change you seek, act with kindness, communicate openly, make a positive impact.
