Beamery is continuously inspired by the way clients use its platform to create compelling and unique campaigns to attract and engage candidates.
This year’s ‘best campaign’ award went to VMWare for the new series of global newsletters it created. This campaign was reported as significantly outperforming previous campaigns similar in scope and has now become a blueprint for success. VMWare secured over 715 applicants, expediting their speed to value by highlighting over 100 candidates as part of the VMinclusion initiative - established to designate diverse candidates while removing bias.
