From talent strategy to sourcing field tactics, our speakers will discuss the latest best practices in everything talent-related.
Talent engagement is at the heart of our mission here at Beamery, because we know how much impact hiring the right people can have on an organization. We’re passionate about building a community of professionals who are just as excited as we are about the changing landscape of recruiting and HR, and we try to get talent professionals talking and thinking together in the most productive ways we can. For us, the first step to innovation is exploration.
And that’s exactly why we’re hosting our second annual Talent Engagement Summit on November 20 this year - with the support of our partner sponsors, Hiretual, Mya and Workday.
This one-track, live virtual event will bring together some of the sharpest minds in the talent space to share their insights, experiences, best practices, challenges and thoughts on where the industry is.
From Google, to Colliers International, Continental, Appian and Coca-Cola Hellenic - our line-up of speakers comes from some of the successful enterprises in the world, and are set to share how they helped their organizations harness the power of talent engagement to acquire their greatest assets; their people.
You can have a taste of what the sessions will reveal by reading through the talk tracks below:
Unlocking the power of your people and supercharging your employer brand Bringing sports strategy to TA - how to scout a new wave of superstars TA and employer branding - partnering for success Planning for the future with your TA strategy The transformative role of AI in talent engagement
Each and every one of our speakers is driving innovative new approaches in their talent organization, and is excited to share them with the Recruiting and People communities. The Talent Engagement Summit 2019 will be an incredible opportunity to hear them and take back new best practices to your own teams.
Beyond the opportunity for learning new best practices, however, the Talent Engagement Summit 2019 is also a place to explore and ask questions. Our speakers will all be doing Q&As at the end of their sessions, and we’re hoping that everyone will come with questions that can make us all think. It’s this kind of exchange that keeps driving the industry forward.
It’s also worth noting that this year’s Talent Engagement Summit qualifies recruiters for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification credits, so make sure to attend the live session! Registrants will receive up to 4.5 PDCs, depending on how many sessions they attend.
If you can’t make it on the day, register anyway and we’ll be sure to send you a recording of each session afterwards. Content from the event will only be available to those who do register and all registrants will receive a digital gift pack following the event.
We look forward to seeing you virtually there!
