It’s been a few years since the inception of Beamery based on a late-night conversation between friends.
Yesterday was Beamery’s biggest event of the year: The Virtual Talent Engagement Summit 2019. It was a virtual event with about 3000 registrants, and approximately 600 attendees over 6 hours in total.
We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming speakers from some of the best talent organizations in the world: Continental, Colliers International , Google, Appian, the NBA… to only mention a few. If, by some chance, you missed the live event, you can subscribe to our blog to receive recordings when they are live.
The sessions in the summit explored many subjects around talent engagement, from agile recruiting to employee activation to new sourcing strategies, all extremely insightful and relevant to the current state of the talent market.
However, before we dived into those fascinating subjects, we had the pleasure of discovering an exclusive sneak peek into Beamery’s roadmap for 2020 with Abakar and Sultan Saidov, respectively CEO and President of Beamery. The two brothers shared a number of new features, modules and capabilities we’re exploring as a company, and topped off their presentation with an exciting announcement: The launch of Beamery’s new brand.
Since we were founded, Beamery has raised two rounds of funding, opened offices in three cities, signed some of the biggest companies in the world as clients and grown our team to more than 130 individuals from amazingly diverse places and backgrounds. We’re still hiring, by the way, so if you know someone…
We’ve grown as a company and as a team, and along the way we’ve learned a lot about companies’ talent needs and how to meet them. And because we want our image to reflect the changes we went through, we’re officially announcing the launch of the new Beamery brand.
Beamery helps innovative enterprise companies to strengthen their business by changing the talent acquisition conversation from one about tools or features, to an approach focused on better outcomes for candidates and employers.
The new Beamery brand is aligned with that idea.
Our most major launch to date was the Talent Operating System, a suite of products and modules supporting companies who wish to attract, engage and retain the best people. Leading enterprises such as Coca-Cola Hellenic, Finastra, and Continental are already using it, with more industry leaders rolling out as we write this.
The launch of the Talent Operating System was one of the reasons for our rebrand, and so the new Beamery Bexa is reminiscent of the fully integrated, 360-degree, centralised platform where all recruiting activities meet.
You can see our new brand in full color with our newly relaunched Beamery website. Be sure to explore and discover our full product suite, including Careers Site, Events, Internal Mobility, Surveys, and one of our newest capabilities, Executive Search.
