At Rising, Workday announced a new Skills Cloud that leverages machine learning to help companies tap talent inside and outside of their organizations and to more effectively connect people with relevant opportunities. It will give HR leaders an understanding of the skills they have and the skills they need and will allow for more effective decision making.

Best of breed partners power recruiting

Recruiting—in all its complexity—remains its own beast, and can’t be contained within the ATS. Workday continues to aggressively push their Recruiting product forward 40+ new features announced in the next two releases, and partnering with best of breed vendors in three critical components of modern talent operations Mya, Beamery, Pymetrics.
